Our dear Janie Ruth is progressing but will need to stay in Chicago for 3-4 weeks due to the extent of her head injury. Her husband will remain at her side along with daughter Megan during her hospitalization. The rest of the family, most of whom are from Alabama, will visit as often as possible. A friend of the family has generously offered a condo in Chicago for the family to stay in. However, day-to-day expenses are mounting and thanks to Janelle Elms and the OSI Rock Stars, a fund has been started to help alleviate financial stress on the family.
This woman is an inspiration to all who have come in contact with her. She has more personality in her little finger than many could ever think of having. Please pray for the following: 1- that she will begin to clear 2- that she will find peace in her mind 3- that her brain will heal 4- that our family can find time for rest. Please continue to pray for endurance, peace, less confusion, less frustration, less agitation. Also, please pray for her blood sugar and blood pressure to stabilize- neither are dangerous.. just a little high.
